  • Title to products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase comply with local laws and regulations in Algeria, including import restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or violations of our policies.

5. Using the Site & Account Termination

15. Severability & Interpretation

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The term “including” means “including without limitation.”

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in class actions.

17. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • You may not assign this Agreement without our consent.
  • Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • Claims must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
